主庇祐我如高山、如保障、是解救我者、我天主如磐、為我所恃、遮庇我如盾、保祐我得勝、護衛我如鞏固之城、

中心愛主兮。我生命之源泉。

耶和华的名是坚固台，义人奔入就得安稳。

我要向耶和华说：“我的避难所、我的山寨、我的上帝，你是我所倚靠的。”

惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救；他是我的庇护所，我必不大大动摇。

必有一人如避风港，如暴风雨的藏身处；如干旱地的溪流，又如干燥地巨石的阴影。

我的上帝、我的磐石、我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的碉堡，是我的避难所，是我的救主，救我脱离凶暴的。

耶和华啊，你是我的力量，是我的保障，在患难之日是我的避难所。列国的人必从地极来到你这里，说：“我们祖先所承受的，不过是虚假，是虚空无益之物。

他又说：“我要依赖他。”他又说：“看哪！我与上帝所给我的儿女都在这里。”

耶和华啊，我要求告你！我的磐石啊，求你不要向我缄默！倘若你向我闭口，我就如下入地府的人一样。

他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他翅膀底下，他的信实是大小的盾牌。

他为正直人珍藏健全的知识，给行为纯正的人作盾牌，

恶人一切的角，我要砍断；惟有义人的角必被高举。

主，我们的盾牌啊，不要杀他们，免得我的子民遗忘；求你用你的能力使他们四散，使他们降为卑。

在那里我要使大卫的角茁壮，为我的受膏者预备明灯。
