who lends money to the poor without interest; who does not accept a bribe against the innocent. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

They lend their money to poor people without charging interest. They don’t accept money to harm those who aren’t guilty. Anyone who lives like that will always be secure.

遠諸偽為、勿殺無辜、毋戮義人、蓋我不釋違義者。毋受賄、蓋賄使明者暗、以直為曲。

如宗族匱乏、家日益落、當周其急、使之偕居、若柔遠人然。宗族偕居、勿取其利、宜畏爾之上帝。貸金與粟、毋圖其利、

不第聞道已也、實踐之、毋自欺、聞而不行者、譬人以鏡鑒面、過此以往、其形容若何、遂忘之矣、不強制人之良法、人詳察而常目在之、非猶夫聞而忘者、必若遵而行者、如是則得福、

長於作惡、牧伯士師、俱索賄賂、大人所謀不軌、黨同為非、

或曰、我已頻鬻子女、易穀養生。或曰、飢饉既甚、我已質田園宅第於人以糴穀。或曰、我之田園、已質於人、得金以納稅。我及我子、與同宗何異、奚以我之子女、為人服役、我有數女為人所玷、欲拯無能、我之田園、為人所據。

惟彼善人、言信而行義、不取非義之利、不受賄賂、耳不聞殺伐之聲、目不睹怪僻之事、

如惡人悛改素行、孳孳為義、則可得生、

不挾制貧乏、不取利、不迫索、遵我禮儀、守我法度、若此者、不可因父之罪並加誅殛、必全其生命。

中心籌畫、責諸伯世職、曰、爾貸同宗金、權子母、果何為乎、我集會眾、告之曰、我之同宗、猶大人、鬻於異邦、我盡力贖之、爾乃以同宗為奇貨乎、眾無詞以對。我又曰、爾所為不善、尚其寅畏上帝、則敵我之異邦人、誰敢侮予。我與宗人僕從、未嘗誅求於民、或金或穀我弗取、放利之事、爾不可行。爾得同儕田疇、葡萄園、橄欖囿、宅第、又征金穀酒油之利、今悉當反之。眾言必將反之、不敢取利、遵命以行。我使祭司命眾發誓、必踐其言。我則拂去衣上塵、曰、凡不踐其言、上帝必去之、有如此衣、離家室、失產業、使之匱乏。會眾曰、正所願也、遂頌讚耶和華。嗣後民咸從斯言。

我觀耶和華兮、惟我是親、左右乎我、故不震驚、

凡稱我曰、主也主也者、未必盡入天國、惟遵我天父旨者入焉、當日多人將語我曰、主也、主也、我非托爾名傳教、托爾名逐鬼、托爾名廣行異能乎、我將明告之曰作不善者、吾未嘗識爾、其離我去矣、○聞吾言而行之者、譬彼智人、建屋磐上、雨降潦行、風吹撞屋、而不傾覆、因基磐上、

時、賣師猶大見耶穌定罪、則悔、反其金三十、與祭司諸長長老曰、我賣無辜者之血、有罪矣、僉曰、於我何與、爾自當之、猶大擲金於殿、退而自縊、
