雷霆與白雪。飄風布聖旨。

lightning and hail, snow and cloud, powerful wind that executes His command,

Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

O fire and hail, snow and clouds, O stormy wind that carries out his orders,

lightning and hail, snow and clouds; stormy wind, fulfilling his word;

He sends his command throughout the earth; his word runs swiftly.He spreads snow like wool; he scatters frost like ashes;he throws his hailstones like crumbs. Who can withstand his cold?He sends his word and melts them; he unleashes his winds, and the water flows.

Then fire came from the LORD and consumed them, and they died before the LORD.

Then out of the sky the LORD rained on Sodom and Gomorrah burning sulfur from the LORD.

Bless the LORD, all his angels of great strength, who do his word, obedient to his command.

Fire also came out from the LORD and consumed the 250 men who were presenting the incense.

From the radiance of his presence, his clouds swept onward with hail and blazing coals.

The fourth poured out his bowl on the sun. It was allowed to scorch people with fire,and people were scorched by the intense heat. So they blasphemed the name of God, who has the power over these plagues, and they did not repent and give him glory.

Then the LORD changed the wind to a strong west wind, and it carried off the locusts and blew them into the Red Sea. Not a single locust was left in all the territory of Egypt.

Enormous hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell from the sky on people, and they blasphemed God for the plague of hail because that plague was extremely severe.

So Moses stretched out his staff over the land of Egypt, and the LORD sent an east wind over the land all that day and through the night. By morning the east wind had brought in the locusts.

The Lord GOD showed me this: The Lord GOD was calling for a judgment by fire. It consumed the great deep and devoured the land.

But the LORD threw a great wind onto the sea, and such a great storm arose on the sea that the ship threatened to break apart.

He spoke and raised a stormy wind that stirred up the waves of the sea.Rising up to the sky, sinking down to the depths, their courage melting away in anguish,they reeled and staggered like a drunkard, and all their skill was useless.Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress.He stilled the storm to a whisper, and the waves of the sea were hushed.

So Moses stretched out his staff toward heaven, and the LORD sent thunder and hail. Lightning struck the land, and the LORD rained hail on the land of Egypt.The hail, with lightning flashing through it, was so severe that nothing like it had occurred in the land of Egypt since it had become a nation.Throughout the land of Egypt, the hail struck down everything in the field, both people and animals. The hail beat down every plant of the field and shattered every tree in the field.

Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. The LORD drove the sea back with a powerful east wind all that night and turned the sea into dry land. So the waters were divided,

For the LORD will execute judgment on all humanity with his fiery sword, and many will be slain by the LORD.

Just listen to his thunderous voice and the rumbling that comes from his mouth.He lets it loose beneath the entire sky; his lightning to the ends of the earth.Then there comes a roaring sound; God thunders with his majestic voice. He does not restrain the lightning when his rumbling voice is heard.God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things that we cannot comprehend.For he says to the snow,“ Fall to the earth,” and the torrential rains, his mighty torrential rains,

Suddenly, a violent storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves— but Jesus kept sleeping.So the disciples came and woke him up, saying,“ Lord, save us! We’re going to die!”He said to them,“ Why are you afraid, you of little faith?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.The men were amazed and asked,“ What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the sea obey him!”

He is here: the one who forms the mountains, creates the wind, and reveals his thoughts to man, the one who makes the dawn out of darkness and strides on the heights of the earth. The LORD, the God of Armies, is his name.

Have you entered the place where the snow is stored? Or have you seen the storehouses of hail,which I hold in reserve for times of trouble, for the day of warfare and battle?What road leads to the place where light is dispersed? Where is the source of the east wind that spreads across the earth?Who cuts a channel for the flooding rain or clears the way for lightning,to bring rain on an uninhabited land, on a desert with no human life,to satisfy the parched wasteland and cause the grass to sprout?Does the rain have a father? Who fathered the drops of dew?Whose womb did the ice come from? Who gave birth to the frost of heavenwhen water becomes as hard as stone, and the surface of the watery depths is frozen?Can you fasten the chains of the Pleiades or loosen the belt of Orion?Can you bring out the constellations in their season and lead the Bear and her cubs?Do you know the laws of heaven? Can you impose its authority on earth?Can you command the clouds so that a flood of water covers you?Can you send out lightning bolts, and they go? Do they report to you,“ Here we are”?Who put wisdom in the heart or gave the mind understanding?Who has the wisdom to number the clouds? Or who can tilt the water jars of heaven

As they fled before Israel, the LORD threw large hailstones on them from the sky along the descent of Beth-horon all the way to Azekah, and they died. More of them died from the hail than the Israelites killed with the sword.

I will display wonders in the heavens and on the earth: blood, fire, and columns of smoke.
