敬愛主者、主皆保護、惟彼惡人、主悉翦滅、

逆主必受誅。順主靡不昌。

You who love the LORD, hate evil! He protects the lives of his faithful followers; he delivers them from the power of the wicked.

Love the LORD, all you faithful followers of his! The LORD protects those who have integrity, but he pays back in full the one who acts arrogantly.

You terrified the nations with your battle cry; you destroyed the wicked; you permanently wiped out all memory of them.

The wicked are turned back and sent to Sheol; this is the destiny of all the nations that ignore God,

Listen, my dear brothers and sisters! Did not God choose the poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom that he promised to those who love him?

For the LORD promotes justice, and never abandons his faithful followers. They are permanently secure, but the children of evil men are wiped out.

Certainly the LORD guards the way of the godly, but the way of the wicked ends in destruction.

who by God’s power are protected through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.This brings you great joy, although you may have to suffer for a short time in various trials.Such trials show the proven character of your faith, which is much more valuable than gold– gold that is tested by fire, even though it is passing away– and will bring praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.You have not seen him, but you love him. You do not see him now but you believe in him, and so you rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy,
