願那些尋索我命的，蒙羞受辱；願那些設計加害我的，後退羞慚。

使我脫離那些要毀滅我的惡人，就是那些包圍我的死敵。他們麻木的心封閉了，他們的口說話高傲。他們跟蹤了我們，現在把我們圍困了；他們瞪著眼睛，要把我們推倒在地。他們像急於撕碎獵物的獅子，又像蹲伏在隱祕處的少壯獅子。耶和華啊，求你起來，迎面抵擋他們，使他們屈服！求你用你的刀劍，挽救我的性命脫離惡人！

我像死人那樣從人心中被忘掉，我就像破碎的器皿；我聽見許多的謠言，四圍都是恐嚇；他們一同商定對付我，決意取走我的性命。

就任憑仇敵追趕我，並且追上！任憑他把我的性命踩踏於地，使我的榮耀歸入塵土！細拉
