愿那些寻索我命的，蒙羞受辱；愿那些设计加害我的，后退羞惭。

使我脱离那些要毁灭我的恶人，就是那些包围我的死敌。他们麻木的心封闭了，他们的口说话高傲。他们跟踪了我们，现在把我们围困了；他们瞪着眼睛，要把我们推倒在地。他们像急于撕碎猎物的狮子，又像蹲伏在隐秘处的少壮狮子。耶和华啊，求你起来，迎面抵挡他们，使他们屈服！求你用你的刀剑，挽救我的性命脱离恶人！

我像死人那样从人心中被忘掉，我就像破碎的器皿；我听见许多的谣言，四围都是恐吓；他们一同商定对付我，决意取走我的性命。

就任凭仇敌追赶我，并且追上！任凭他把我的性命踩踏于地，使我的荣耀归入尘土！细拉
