我的上帝耶和华啊，我投靠你，求你拯救我脱离追赶我的人。别让他们像狮子般撕裂我，无人搭救。

愿谋杀我的人蒙羞受辱，谋害我的人落荒而逃！

耶和华对我说：“人子啊，这些骸骨就是所有的以色列人，他们说，‘我们骨头枯干，希望幻灭，彻底完了。’

救我脱离恶人的攻击，脱离四围杀气腾腾的仇敌。他们良心丧尽，口出狂言。他们穷追围堵，伺机把我打倒在地。他们像急于撕碎猎物的饿狮，又像蹲伏在暗处的猛狮。耶和华啊，求你起来迎头击倒他们，求你持刀救我脱离恶人。

我就像已死之人，被人遗忘；又像破碎的陶器，被人丢弃。我听见许多人毁谤我，惊恐笼罩着我。他们图谋不轨，谋害我的性命。

就让仇敌追上我，践踏我，使我声名扫地。（细拉）
