When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who watch over my way. In the path where I walk people have hidden a snare for me.

但祂知道我的一舉一動，我被祂試煉後必如純金。

我的心被摧殘，如草枯萎，以致我不思飲食。

因為他們無故設網羅，挖陷阱要害我。願他們突遭禍患，作繭自縛，自食惡果！

於是耶穌帶著彼得、雅各和約翰向前走。祂覺得極其難過，非常傷痛，說：「我心裡非常憂傷，幾乎要死，你們留在這裡警醒。」耶穌往前走了不遠，俯伏在地禱告，如果可以，不要讓那時刻臨到祂。祂說：「阿爸，父啊，你無所不能，求你撤去此杯。然而，願你的旨意成就，而非我的意願。」

你是我的避難所，求你救我脫離人們為我設下的陷阱。

我的力量如水消逝，我的骨頭都脫了節，我的心如蠟熔化。

我心裡沮喪之時，從地極呼求你，求你領我到高高的磐石上。

他們勾結起來，暗中監視我的行蹤，伺機害我。

當你使敵軍突襲他們時，願他們家中傳出哭喊聲，因為他們挖陷阱要捕捉我，設圈套要絆我的腳。

我或坐下或起來，你都知道，你從遠處就知道我的心思意念。我或外出或躺臥，你都瞭解，你熟悉我的一切行為。耶和華啊，我話未出口，你已洞悉一切。

那時，法利賽人出去策劃怎樣從耶穌的話裡找把柄陷害祂。

因為耶和華看顧義人的腳步，惡人的道路必通向滅亡。

求你不要使我落入惡人設下的網羅，不要掉進他們的陷阱。

你試驗過我的心思，夜間鑒察過我，磨煉過我，找不出任何過犯；我立志口不犯罪。
