以明哲造穹蒼、以其慈惠永存兮、

以智慧造穹蒼、矜憫恆懷兮、

以智慧造天、主之恩慈、永遠常存、

who by his understanding made the heavens, His love endures forever.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

“ He has made the earth by his power. He has established the world by his wisdom. By his understanding he has stretched out the heavens.

Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches.

“ Yahweh possessed me in the beginning of his work, before his deeds of old.I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, before the earth existed.When there were no depths, I was born, when there were no springs abounding with water.Before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was born;while as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the beginning of the dust of the world.When he established the heavens, I was there. When he set a circle on the surface of the deep,when he established the clouds above, when the springs of the deep became strong,when he gave to the sea its boundary, that the waters should not violate his commandment, when he marked out the foundations of the earth,

By Yahweh’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth.

God has made the earth by his power. He has established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding has he stretched out the heavens.

By wisdom Yahweh founded the earth. By understanding, he established the heavens.By his knowledge, the depths were broken up, and the skies drop down the dew.
