“ Because of the violence done to the oppressed, because of the painful cries of the needy, I will spring into action,” says the LORD.“ I will provide the safety they so desperately desire.”

貧窮者屈抑、困乏者欷歔、耶和華曰、我必興起、如其所慕、置諸穩善之區、

維此貧民、受屈欷歔、耶和華曰、余必勃然而興、手援之兮、不使藐視於人斯。

主曰、貧苦人被虐、困窮人歎息、我將興起、救其脫於欺之之人、救其脫於欺之之人或作救彼慕救之人

此輩炫利口。自謂世無敵。脣舌我自主。誰得相干涉。

“ Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan, I will now arise,” says the Lord.“ I will protect them from those who malign them.”

The Lord says,“ The poor are being robbed. Those who are in need groan. So I will stand up to help them. I will keep them safe from those who tell lies about them.”

“ Because the poor are plundered, because the needy groan, I will now arise,” says the Lord;“ I will place him in the safety for which he longs.”

The Lord replies,“ I have seen violence done to the helpless, and I have heard the groans of the poor. Now I will rise up to rescue them, as they have longed for me to do.”

“ Because of the devastation of the needy and the groaning of the poor, I will now rise up,” says the LORD.“ I will provide safety for the one who longs for it.”

“ Because of the devastation of the poor, because of the groaning of the needy, Now I will arise,” says the Lord;“ I will put him in the safety for which he longs.”

“ For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise,” says the Lord;“ I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.”

Because of the oppression of the poor, because of the sighing of the needy, Now will I arise, saith Jehovah; I will set him in the safety he panteth for.

“ Because of the oppression of the afflicted and the groaning of the poor, I will now rise up,” says the Lord.“ I will put the one who longs for it in a safe place.”

For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set[ him] in safety[ from him that] puffeth at him.

“ Because of the oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise,” says Yahweh;“ I will set him in safety from those who malign him.”

This oppressed man cried out and the LORD heard; he saved him from all his troubles.

Look, the pay you have held back from the workers who mowed your fields cries out against you, and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts.

The one who oppresses the poor insults his Creator, but whoever shows favor to the needy honors him.

vindicates the oppressed, and gives food to the hungry. The LORD releases the imprisoned.The LORD gives sight to the blind. The LORD lifts up all who are bent over. The LORD loves the godly.

So he saves from the sword that comes from their mouth, even the poor from the hand of the powerful.

You will be protected from malicious gossip, and will not be afraid of the destruction when it comes.

During that long period of time the king of Egypt died, and the Israelites groaned because of the slave labor. They cried out, and their desperate cry because of their slave labor went up to God.God heard their groaning, God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob,

Rise up, LORD! O God, strike him down! Do not forget the oppressed!

“ Now I will rise up,” says the LORD.“ Now I will exalt myself; now I will magnify myself.

The LORD said,“ I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt. I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up from that land to a land that is both good and spacious, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the region of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.And now indeed the cry of the Israelites has come to me, and I have also seen how severely the Egyptians oppress them.

So I again considered all the oppression that continually occurs on earth. This is what I saw: The oppressed were in tears, but no one was comforting them; no one delivers them from the power of their oppressors.

My enemies, do not gloat over me! Though I have fallen, I will get up. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.I must endure the LORD’s anger, for I have sinned against him. But then he will defend my cause, and accomplish justice on my behalf. He will lead me out into the light; I will experience firsthand his deliverance.

As for his father, because he practices extortion, robs his brother, and does what is not good among his people, he will die for his iniquity.

oppresses the poor and the needy, commits robbery, does not give back what was given in pledge, prays to idols, performs abominable acts,engages in usury and charges interest. Will he live? He will not! Because he has done all these abominable deeds he will certainly die. He will bear the responsibility for his own death.

It will become a visual reminder in the land of Egypt of the LORD who commands armies. When they cry out to the LORD because of oppressors, he will send them a deliverer and defender who will rescue them.

Do not let the afflicted be turned back in shame! Let the oppressed and poor praise your name!Rise up, O God! Defend your honor! Remember how fools insult you all day long!

He is secure at all times. He has no regard for your commands; he disdains all his enemies.

Do not exploit a poor person because he is poor and do not crush the needy in court,for the LORD will plead their case and will rob those who are robbing them.

If you see the extortion of the poor, or the perversion of justice and fairness in the government, do not be astonished by the matter. For the high official is watched by a higher official, and there are higher ones over them!

You defend the fatherless and oppressed, so that mere mortals may no longer terrorize them.

They threw away the foreign gods they owned and worshiped the LORD. Finally the LORD grew tired of seeing Israel suffer so much.

Why should the nations say,“ Where is their God?” Before our very eyes may the shed blood of your servants be avenged among the nations!Listen to the painful cries of the prisoners! Use your great strength to set free those condemned to die!
