I know, O Jehovah, that thy judgments are righteous, And that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.

耶和華兮、爾之法度無不義、是余所知、爾雖降災於我、乃玉我於成兮、

主歟、我知主之判斷至公義、主使我受苦、亦待我以誠實、

靈隲無瑕。實維眞神。愛我以德。降災以懲。

I know, Lord, that your laws are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

Lord, I know that your laws are right. You were faithful to your promise when you made me suffer.

I know, O Lord, that your rules are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

I know, O Lord, that your regulations are fair; you disciplined me because I needed it.

I know, LORD, that your judgments are just and that you have afflicted me fairly.

I know, LORD, that your regulations are just. You disciplined me because of your faithful devotion to me.

Yahweh, I know that your judgments are righteous, that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

As many as I love, I reprove and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed good to them; but he for our profit, that we may be partakers of his holiness.All chastening seemeth for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yieldeth peaceable fruit unto them that have been exercised thereby, even the fruit of righteousness.

All the paths of Jehovah are lovingkindness and truth Unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

If his children forsake my law, And walk not in mine ordinances;If they break my statutes, And keep not my commandments;Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, And their iniquity with stripes.But my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, Nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.

I will give thanks unto thee with uprightness of heart, When I learn thy righteous judgments.

That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked, that so the righteous should be as the wicked; that be far from thee: shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

The Rock, his work is perfect; For all his ways are justice: A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, Just and right is he.

The sum of thy word is truth; And every one of thy righteous ordinances endureth for ever.

At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee Because of thy righteous ordinances.

Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; And I hate every false way.

God forbid: yea, let God be found true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy words, And mightest prevail when thou comest into judgment.But if our unrighteousness commendeth the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who visiteth with wrath?( I speak after the manner of men.)

For he needeth not further to consider a man, That he should go before God in judgment.

Righteous art thou, O Jehovah, when I contend with thee; yet would I reason the cause with thee: wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper? wherefore are all they at ease that deal very treacherously?
