俾向讒人。知所答覆。

So that I will have an answer for one who taunts me, For I trust in Your word.

So shall I have an answer for him who reproaches me, For I trust in Your word.

So shall I have an answer for him that reproacheth me; For I trust in thy word.

Then I can answer the one who taunts me, for I trust in Your word.

So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.

Then I will have a reply for the one who insults me, for I trust in your word.

So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.

So take heart, men, for I have faith in God that it will be exactly as I have been told.

When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.He shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son. When he commits iniquity, I will discipline him with the rod of men, with the stripes of the sons of men,but my steadfast love will not depart from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away from before you.And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before me. And Shimei said as he cursed,“ Get out, get out, you man of blood, you worthless man!The Lord has avenged on you all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose place you have reigned, and the Lord has given the kingdom into the hand of your son Absalom. See, your evil is on you, for you are a man of blood.”

In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

and saying,“ You who would destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save yourself! Be wise, my son, and make my heart glad, that I may answer him who reproaches me.

In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise,in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?

and they crossed the ford to bring over the king’s household and to do his pleasure. As with a deadly wound in my bones, my adversaries taunt me, while they say to me all the day long,“ Where is your God?”

Those who fear you shall see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in your word.

For my enemies speak concerning me; those who watch for my life consult togetherand say,“ God has forsaken him; pursue and seize him, for there is none to deliver him.”

I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they wag their heads.
