俾予遠離異端、而賜以律法兮、

求主使我離奸詐之道途、恩賜我以主之律法、

示以眞道。庶遠邪說。

Keep me from deceitful ways; be gracious to me and teach me your law.

Keep me from cheating and telling lies. Be kind to me and teach me your law.

Put false ways far from me and graciously teach me your law!

Keep me from lying to myself; give me the privilege of knowing your instructions.

Keep me from the way of deceit and graciously give me your instruction.

Remove the false way from me, And graciously grant me Your Law.

Remove from me the way of lying, And grant me Your law graciously.

Without are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie.

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel After those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, And on their heart also will I write them: And I will be to them a God, And they shall be to me a people:And they shall not teach every man his fellow- citizen, And every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: For all shall know me, From the least to the greatest of them.

I hate and abhor falsehood; But thy law do I love.

They that regard lying vanities Forsake their own mercy.

Through thy precepts I get understanding: Therefore I hate every false way.

Oh that my ways were established To observe thy statutes!

Set a watch, O Jehovah, before my mouth; Keep the door of my lips.Incline not my heart to any evil thing, To practise deeds of wickedness With men that work iniquity: And let me not eat of their dainties.

Remove far from me falsehood and lies; Give me neither poverty nor riches; Feed me with the food that is needful for me:

O Jehovah, my strength, and my stronghold, and my refuge in the day of affliction, unto thee shall the nations come from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Our fathers have inherited nought but lies, even vanity and things wherein there is no profit.

He feedeth on ashes; a deceived heart hath turned him aside; and he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; And I hate every false way.

that ye put away, as concerning your former manner of life, the old man, that waxeth corrupt after the lusts of deceit;and that ye be renewed in the spirit of your mind,and put on the new man, that after God hath been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.Wherefore, putting away falsehood, speak ye truth each one with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Jehovah: for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.

Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity, And quicken me in thy ways.
