I gave an account of my ways and you answered me; teach me your decrees.

I told you how I’ve lived, and you gave me your answer. Teach me your orders.

Teach me your way, Yahweh. Lead me in a straight path, because of my enemies.

then hear in heaven, and forgive the sin of your servants, and of your people Israel, when you teach them the good way in which they should walk; and send rain on your land, which you have given to your people for an inheritance.

Good and upright is Yahweh, therefore he will instruct sinners in the way.He will guide the humble in justice. He will teach the humble his way.

He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.

Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for I trust in you. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you.Deliver me, Yahweh, from my enemies. I flee to you to hide me.Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.

Blessed are you, Yahweh. Teach me your statutes.

I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

For I will declare my iniquity. I will be sorry for my sin.

Have mercy on me, God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions.Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. My sin is constantly before me.Against you, and you only, I have sinned, and done that which is evil in your sight, so you may be proved right when you speak, and justified when you judge.Behold, I was born in iniquity. My tongue will sing aloud of your righteousness.Lord, open my lips. My mouth will declare your praise.For you don’t delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it. You have no pleasure in burnt offering.The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. O God, you will not despise a broken and contrite heart.Do well in your good pleasure to Zion. Build the walls of Jerusalem.Then you will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, in burnt offerings and in whole burnt offerings. Then they will offer bulls on your altar.

I have sworn, and have confirmed it, that I will obey your righteous ordinances.
