但是，對你們敬畏我名的人，必有公義的太陽出現，其光線有醫治的能力。你們必出來跳躍如圈裏的牛犢。

所羅門向耶和華獻平安祭，二萬二千頭牛，十二萬隻羊。這樣，王和全以色列為耶和華的殿行了奉獻之禮。當日，王因耶和華殿前的銅壇太小，容不下燔祭、素祭和平安祭牲的脂肪，就將耶和華殿前院子的中間分別為聖，在那裏獻燔祭、素祭和平安祭牲的脂肪。

眾百姓看見了，就臉伏於地，說：「耶和華是上帝！耶和華是上帝！」

他要使你的公義如光發出，使你的公平明如正午。

要在壇的四角做四個翹角，與壇接連一塊；要把壇包上銅。

興起，發光！因為你的光已來到！耶和華的榮光發出照耀着你。

我要承受耶和華的惱怒，直到他為我辯護，為我伸冤，因我得罪了他；他要領我進入光明，我必得見他的公義。

求你隨你的美意善待錫安，建造耶路撒冷的城牆。那時，你必喜愛公義的祭和燔祭，全牲的燔祭；那時，人必將公牛獻在你壇上。

以利亞近前來對眾百姓說：「你們心持二意要到幾時呢？如果耶和華是上帝，就當順從耶和華；如果是巴力，就當順從巴力。」百姓一言不答。

次日，他們向耶和華獻平安祭和燔祭，獻一千頭公牛、一千隻公綿羊、一千隻羔羊，以及同獻的澆酒祭，並為以色列眾人獻許多的祭。
