錫安說：「耶和華離棄了我，我的主忘記了我！」耶和華說：「女人怎能忘記自己吃奶的嬰孩，不憐憫她親生的孩子呢？即使她們可能忘記，我也不會忘記你。看哪！我已經把你刻在我的手掌上，你的城牆一直在我面前。

神記念挪亞以及與他一起在方舟裡的所有活物和牲畜。神使風吹過大地，水就開始退落。

神興起了他的僕人，差派他先到你們這裡來，要你們每個人轉離自己的罪行，好祝福你們。」

這是為了讓亞伯拉罕所蒙的祝福，能在基督耶穌裡臨到外邦人，好使我們能藉著信領受所應許的聖靈。

雅各啊，以色列啊，你要記住這些，因為你是我的僕人。我造了你，你是我的僕人；以色列啊，你不會被我忘記！

只是分辨善惡樹上的果實，你不可吃，因為在吃的日子，你必定死。」耶和華神又說：「那人孤身不好，我要為他造一個合適的幫助者。」

神要祝福我們；所有的地極都要敬畏他。

不要記念我年幼時的罪惡和我的過犯；耶和華啊，求你因著你的美善，按著你的慈愛記念我！

而且，如果你們屬於基督，你們就是亞伯拉罕的後裔，是照著應許的繼承人。

哥尼流注視著他，感到害怕，說：「主啊，有什麼事呢？」天使說：「你的禱告和你的施捨，已經上達神的面前蒙記念了。
