So David blessed the Lord in the sight of all the assembly; and David said,“ Blessed are You, Lord God of Israel our father, forever and ever.Yours, Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and on the earth; Yours is the dominion, Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone.Now therefore, our God, we thank You, and praise Your glorious name.“ But who am I and who are my people that we should be able to offer as generously as this? For all things come from You, and from Your hand we have given to You.For we are strangers before You, and temporary residents, as all our fathers were; our days on the earth are like a shadow, and there is no hope.Lord our God, all this abundance that we have provided to build You a house for Your holy name, it is from Your hand, and everything is Yours.Since I know, my God, that You put the heart to the test and delight in uprightness, I, in the integrity of my heart, have willingly offered all these things; so now with joy I have seen Your people, who are present here, make their offerings willingly to You.Lord, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep this forever in the intentions of the hearts of Your people, and direct their hearts to You;and give my son Solomon a perfect heart to keep Your commandments, Your testimonies, and Your statutes, and to do them all, and to build the temple for which I have made provision.”Then David said to all the assembly,“ Now bless the Lord your God.” And all the assembly blessed the Lord, the God of their fathers, and bowed down and paid homage to the Lord and the king.

I will give You thanks in the great congregation; I will praise You among a mighty people.

A God greatly feared in the council of the holy ones, And awesome above all those who are around Him?

I have proclaimed good news of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will not restrain my lips, Lord, You know.I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your mercy and Your truth from the great congregation.

With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to the Lord; And I will praise Him in the midst of many.

Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His mercy is everlasting.

I will give thanks to You, Lord, among the peoples, And I will sing praises to You among the nations.

I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders.

Then the king turned around and blessed all the assembly of Israel, while all the assembly of Israel was standing.He said,“ Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who spoke with His mouth to my father David, and fulfilled it with His hands, saying,

From You comes my praise in the great assembly; I shall pay my vows before those who fear Him.

They shall also exalt Him in the congregation of the people, And praise Him at the seat of the elders.

Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, From everlasting to everlasting. And all the people shall say,“ Amen.” Praise the Lord!

Bless the Lord, my soul, And all that is within me, bless His holy name.

Then on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Beracah, for they blessed the Lord there. Therefore they have named that place“ The Valley of Beracah” until today.Every man of Judah and Jerusalem returned, with Jehoshaphat at their head, returning to Jerusalem with joy, for the Lord had helped them to rejoice over their enemies.They came to Jerusalem with harps, lyres, and trumpets, to the house of the Lord.
