主已立誓豈能悔。爾當永為司鐸第一品。與彼麥基德。職位相彷彿。

The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind:“ You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.”

The Lord has made a promise. He will not change his mind. He has said,“ You are a priest forever, just like Melchizedek.”

The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind,“ You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.”

The Lord has taken an oath and will not break his vow:“ You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”

The LORD has sworn an oath and will not take it back:“ You are a priest forever according to the pattern of Melchizedek.”

The Lord has sworn and will not change His mind,“ You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

The Lord has sworn And will not relent,“ You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

Jehovah hath sworn, and will not repent: Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Melchizedek.

The Lord has sworn an oath and will not take it back:“ Forever, You are a priest like Melchizedek.”

The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou[ art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

The LORD makes this promise on oath and will not revoke it:“ You are an eternal priest after the pattern of Melchizedek.”

Yahweh has sworn, and will not change his mind:“ You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”

經云：『主既立誓豈能悔、爾為司祭永無替。』此即天主向耶穌所立之誓也。

又曰『爾為司祭、永世靡替、與麥基德、同一班次。』

有經為證：『爾為司祭、永世靡替；與麥基德、同一班次。』

蓋律法所立之大司祭、皆屬荏弱之人；而後來誓言所立者、則為永生至善之聖子也。

耶穌已為吾人先入閟帷矣。彼即立為永世靡替之大司祭、與麥基德同一班次者也。麥基德者、瑟琳之王而至尊天主之司祭也。方亞伯漢殲滅眾王、凱旋而歸也、麥基德迎之於途、而為之祝嘏；亞伯漢乃就其所有、什一以貢焉。其名為麥基德者、其意為正義之王也。其稱瑟琳之王、猶言和平之王也。經中不載其父母世系、及生卒年歲、而稱之為永久之司祭者、蓋欲使為天主聖子之前影耳。

方天主之授恩諾於亞伯漢也、憑己而誓曰：『吾必介爾景福、錫爾多子。』其所以憑己而誓者、以無更大者足憑耳。亞伯漢乃寧靜恆忍以待、卒獲所諾。夫人之立誓、必憑大於己者、所以昭慎重而杜爭議也。天主之立誓、亦欲昭示承恩諾者、以其所諾乃一成不變云耳。天主至誠無妄、又重之以一成不變之誓、與一成不變之諾、其所以慰藉吾人、安定吾人之心者、亦云備矣。

夫斯民之受律法也、乃在利未子孫為司祭之時。假使陳制而能躋人於純全之域、則何須復有異軍突起之司祭；而且此司祭何不與亞倫同一支派、而獨與麥基德同一班次耶？

基督垂愛吾人、以其寶血滌除吾人之罪；復使吾人自成神國、俾得充其天主聖父之司鐸；伏願光榮威權、永世歸之、萬代靡暨、心焉祝之。

既允大維。主寧能忘。爾之冢息。必得為王。

終不為已甚。怒中留餘恩。盟約焉可廢。言出豈能更。吾既向大維。立誓見吾誠。
