佩德以為飾。共熙光天與化日。爾稟平旦氣。芳露所滋潤。

Your troops will be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy splendor, your young men will come to you like dew from the morning’s womb.

Your troops will be willing to fight for you on the day of battle. Your young men will be wrapped in holy majesty. They will come to you like the fresh dew that falls early in the morning.

Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power, in holy garments; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth will be yours.

When you go to war, your people will serve you willingly. You are arrayed in holy garments, and your strength will be renewed each day like the morning dew.

Your people will volunteer freely on the day of Your power; In holy splendor, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.

Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power; In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your youth.

Thy people offer themselves willingly In the day of thy power, in holy array: Out of the womb of the morning Thou hast the dew of thy youth.

Your people willingly follow you when you go into battle. On the holy hills at sunrise the dew of your youth belongs to you.

Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning, you have the dew of your youth.

When the leaders lead in Israel, when the people volunteer, blessed be the LORD.

He gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to cleanse for himself a people for his own possession, eager to do good works.

Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness; let the whole earth tremble before him.

equip you with everything good to do his will, working in us what is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

For he was crucified in weakness, but he lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you we will live with him by God’s power.

For God has not called us to impurity but to live in holiness.

Thanks be to God, who put the same concern for you into the heart of Titus.

When they heard it, they glorified God and said,“ You see, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are who have believed, and they are all zealous for the law.

Therefore, since he has been exalted to the right hand of God and has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit, he has poured out what you both see and hear.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

For it is God who is working in you both to will and to work according to his good purpose.

The people blessed all the men who volunteered to live in Jerusalem.

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD. All the families of the nations will bow down before you,for kingship belongs to the LORD; he rules the nations.

This is the law of the temple: All its surrounding territory on top of the mountain will be especially holy. Yes, this is the law of the temple.

So those who accepted his message were baptized, and that day about three thousand people were added to them.

God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew. Or don’t you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah— how he pleads with God against Israel?Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars. I am the only one left, and they are trying to take my life!But what was God’s answer to him? I have left seven thousand for myself who have not bowed down to Baal.In the same way, then, there is also at the present time a remnant chosen by grace.Now if by grace, then it is not by works; otherwise grace ceases to be grace.

In this way the word of the Lord spread and prevailed.

while you stretch out your hand for healing, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”When they had prayed, the place where they were assembled was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God boldly.Now the entire group of those who believed were of one heart and mind, and no one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but instead they held everything in common.With great power the apostles were giving testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was on all of them.For there was not a needy person among them because all those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the proceeds of what was sold,and laid them at the apostles’ feet. This was then distributed to each person as any had need.

After this I looked, and there was a vast multitude from every nation, tribe, people, and language, which no one could number, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes with palm branches in their hands.

We want you to know, brothers and sisters, about the grace of God that was given to the churches of Macedonia:During a severe trial brought about by affliction, their abundant joy and their extreme poverty overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part.I can testify that, according to their ability and even beyond their ability, of their own accord,

Ascribe to the LORD the glory of his name; bring an offering and come before him. Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness;

But many of those who heard the message believed, and the number of the men came to about five thousand.
