The Lord says to my lord,“ Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your control.”

The Lord says to my Lord:“ Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”

The Lord said to my Lord,“ Sit in the place of honor at my right hand until I humble your enemies, making them a footstool under your feet.”

This is the declaration of the LORD to my Lord:“ Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool.”

To which of the angels did God ever say,“ Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”?

David himself declares in the Book of Psalms:“‘ The Lord said to my Lord:“ Sit at my right handuntil I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’

While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, he asked,“ Why do the teachers of the law say that the Messiah is the son of David?David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared:“‘ The Lord said to my Lord:“ Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”’David himself calls him‘ Lord.’ How then can he be his son?” The large crowd listened to him with delight.

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet:

who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand— with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.

“ You have said so,” Jesus replied.“ But I say to all of you: From now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

Now the main point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.

Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens.
