于是，他们在患难中呼求耶和华，耶和华便拯救他们脱离困境。

于是，他们在患难中呼求耶和华，耶和华就拯救他们脱离困境。

他们在危难中呼求耶和华，祂就拯救他们脱离困境，

我向祂祷告，祂便应允我，救我脱离一切恐惧。凡仰望祂的必有荣光，不致蒙羞。我这可怜的人向祂呼求，祂就垂听，救我脱离一切困境。

直到上帝击杀他们的时候，他们才回转，诚心寻求上帝。他们才想起上帝是他们的磐石，至高的上帝是他们的救赎主。

耶和华啊，我向你呼求，恳求你怜悯，说：“耶和华啊，我被毁灭、落入坟墓有何益处？我归于尘土，还能赞美你、宣扬你的信实吗？耶和华啊，求你垂听我的呼求，怜悯我！耶和华啊，求你帮助我！”你把我的哀哭变成了舞步，为我脱下悲伤的麻衣，披上喜乐的外袍，好叫我从心底歌颂你，不致默然无声。我的上帝耶和华啊，我要永远向你感恩！

‘你呼求我，我就回应你，并且把你不知道的伟大、奥妙之事告诉你。

于是，我求告耶和华，说：“耶和华啊，求你拯救我。”耶和华仁慈、公义，我们的上帝充满怜悯。耶和华保护心地单纯的人，危难之时祂救了我。我的心啊，再次安宁吧，因为耶和华恩待你。祂救我的性命脱离死亡，止住我眼中的泪水，使我双脚免于滑倒。

于是，他们在患难中呼求耶和华，耶和华便拯救他们脱离困境。
