為雅各定為長久之命、與以色列立為永遠之約、

向雅谷。申舊命。俾吾族。永保定。

He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:

He made it stand as a law for Jacob. He made it stand as a covenant for Israel that will last forever.

which he confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant,

He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, and to the people of Israel as a never ending covenant:

and confirmed to Jacob as a decree and to Israel as a permanent covenant:

Then He confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,

And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,

And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant,

And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law,[ and] to Israel[ for] an everlasting covenant:

He gave it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as a lasting promise,

and confirmed it to Jacob for a statute; to Israel for an everlasting covenant,

Is it not true my house is with God? For He has established an everlasting covenant with me, ordered and secured in every detail. Will He not bring about my whole salvation and my every desire?

I will keep My covenant between Me and you, and your future offspring throughout their generations, as an everlasting covenant to be your God and the God of your offspring after you.And to you and your future offspring I will give the land where you are residing— all the land of Canaan— as an eternal possession, and I will be their God.”

Yahweh was standing there beside him, saying,“ I am Yahweh, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your offspring the land that you are now sleeping on.Your offspring will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out toward the west, the east, the north, and the south. All the peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.Look, I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go. I will bring you back to this land, for I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”

Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus— the great Shepherd of the sheep— with the blood of the everlasting covenant,
