How many living things you have made, O LORD! You have exhibited great skill in making all of them; the earth is full of the living things you have made.

Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches.

It is he who made the earth by his power, who established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding stretched out the heavens.

You have multiplied, O Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told.

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

“ The Lord possessed me at the beginning of his work, the first of his acts of old.Ages ago I was set up, at the first, before the beginning of the earth.When there were no depths I was brought forth, when there were no springs abounding with water.Before the mountains had been shaped, before the hills, I was brought forth,before he had made the earth with its fields, or the first of the dust of the world.When he established the heavens, I was there; when he drew a circle on the face of the deep,when he made firm the skies above, when he established the fountains of the deep,when he assigned to the sea its limit, so that the waters might not transgress his command, when he marked out the foundations of the earth,then I was beside him, like a master workman, and I was daily his delight, rejoicing before him always,rejoicing in his inhabited world and delighting in the children of man.“ And now, O sons, listen to me: blessed are those who keep my ways.Hear instruction and be wise, and do not neglect it.Blessed is the one who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting beside my doors.For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord,but he who fails to find me injures himself; all who hate me love death.”

so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.

“ You are the Lord, you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and you preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships you.

The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein,

For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills.I know all the birds of the hills, and all that moves in the field is mine.“ If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world and its fullness are mine.

And God said,“ Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kinds— livestock and creeping things and beasts of the earth according to their kinds.” And it was so.And God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds and the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that creeps on the ground according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

to him who by understanding made the heavens, for his steadfast love endures forever;

When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,

Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man!

which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight

who does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number:

As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.

The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding he established the heavens;by his knowledge the deeps broke open, and the clouds drop down the dew.

You crown the year with your bounty; your wagon tracks overflow with abundance.

And God said,“ Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind, on the earth.” And it was so.The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed according to their own kinds, and trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
