主令百草萌櫱、六畜囓之、菜蔬叢生、世人食之、咸地所產兮、

He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to cultivate— bringing forth food from the earth:

土將叢生荊棘、汝所食者、惟田之蔬、

六畜毋懼、維彼牧場、庶草萌芽、維彼叢林、百木森森、無花果葡萄樹、結實纍纍、

上帝曰、地宜生草、蔬結實、樹生果、果懷核、各從其類、有如此也。地遂生草、蔬結實、樹生果、果懷核、各從其類、上帝視之為善。

上帝曰、予汝所食者、地結實之菜蔬、懷核之樹果、亦以草萊予走獸、飛鳥、昆蟲、生物食之、有如此也。

萬物惟爾是仰、隨時給食兮、爾施厥恩、萬生得以果腹兮、

郊原無草、麀產子而遺之。野驢立於童山、噏氣若野犬、無草而目盲。

荒土草木、甲坼芽萌乎。

耶和華上帝使地生木、食可適口、觀可娛目、當囿之中、有生命之樹、亦有別善惡之樹。

樹與灌皆無益、必上帝長之焉、

亞哈召阿巴底、告之曰、爾往遍地、井旁溪側、或有蒭蕘、以供馬騾、免使群畜喪亡。

厥後爾雖耕田、地不效力、爾將流離無定、
