使泉湧於陵谷、流於山間兮、

主使陵谷濬其泉源、山巒有其澗溪兮、

主使泉源發於谷內、流於山間、

引泉入谷。水流山麓。

He makes springs pour water into the ravines; it flows between the mountains.
