But you, Lord, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations.

But Lord, you are seated on your throne forever. Your fame will continue for all time to come.

God also said to Moses,“ Say this to the people of Israel: Yahweh, the God of your ancestors— the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob— has sent me to you. This is my eternal name, my name to remember for all generations.

But Lord, you remain the same forever! Your throne continues from generation to generation.

This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies:“ I am the First and the Last; there is no other God.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. But he laid his right hand on me and said,“ Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last.I am the living one. I died, but look— I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.

But I cried to him,“ O my God, who lives forever, don’t take my life while I am so young!Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens with your hands.They will perish, but you remain forever; they will wear out like old clothing. You will change them like a garment and discard them.But you are always the same; you will live forever.

Lord, through all the generations you have been our home!Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from beginning to end, you are God.

“ Though you were once despised and hated, with no one traveling through you, I will make you beautiful forever, a joy to all generations.

The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you. He drives out the enemy before you; he cries out,‘ Destroy them!’
