我要谨慎明智地行在完全的道上，你什么时候才到我这里来呢？我要在我家中以纯全的心行事。

我要用智慧行完全的道。你幾時到我這裏來呢？我要存完全的心行在我家中。

我要留心於純全之道路；你幾時才到我這裏來呢？我要存純全的心在我家中往來。

我要謹慎明智地行在完全的道上，你什麼時候才到我這裡來呢？我要在我家中以純全的心行事。

我致志於純全之道、爾何時臨蒞我、必以純全之心、行於家庭兮、

余在家庭、惟道是從、惟公是秉兮、

我存智慧心、行正直道、主何時臨格我、我居家行事、心存正直、

孳孳遵大道。兢兢莫踰閑。主肯惠然臨。我心固以貞。修身以齊家。

I will be careful to lead a blameless life— when will you come to me? I will conduct the affairs of my house with a blameless heart.

I will be careful to lead a life that is without blame. When will you come and help me? In my own home I will lead a life that is without blame.

I will be careful to live a blameless life— when will you come to help me? I will lead a life of integrity in my own home.

I will pay attention to the way of integrity. When will you come to me? I will live with a heart of integrity in my house.

I will carefully attend to the blameless way. When will You come to me? I will walk within my house in the integrity of my heart.

I will behave wisely in a perfect way. Oh, when will You come to me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way: Oh when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

I will pay attention to the way of integrity. When will You come to me? I will live with a heart of integrity in my house.

I have sworn an oath and confirmed it, to keep your righteous rules.

And as for you, if you will walk before me, as David your father walked, with integrity of heart and uprightness, doing according to all that I have commanded you, and keeping my statutes and my rules,

Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.

He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive,for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God’s church?

As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay, O my God!

We give thanks to you, O God; we give thanks, for your name is near. We recount your wondrous deeds.“ At the set time that I appoint I will judge with equity.

I will look with favor on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; he who walks in the way that is blameless shall minister to me.

You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.

And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Thus Hezekiah did throughout all Judah, and he did what was good and right and faithful before the Lord his God.And every work that he undertook in the service of the house of God and in accordance with the law and the commandments, seeking his God, he did with all his heart, and prospered.

The hand of God was also on Judah to give them one heart to do what the king and the princes commanded by the word of the Lord.

Answer me quickly, O Lord! My spirit fails! Hide not your face from me, lest I be like those who go down to the pit.Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

For when Solomon was old his wives turned away his heart after other gods, and his heart was not wholly true to the Lord his God, as was the heart of David his father.

And David had success in all his undertakings, for the Lord was with him.And when Saul saw that he had great success, he stood in fearful awe of him.

But the high places were not taken out of Israel. Nevertheless, the heart of Asa was wholly true all his days.

Then Ahimelech answered the king,“ And who among all your servants is so faithful as David, who is the king’s son-in-law, and captain over your bodyguard, and honored in your house?

“ Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely. And this is the name by which he will be called:‘ The Lord is our righteousness.’

For I have chosen him, that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing righteousness and justice, so that the Lord may bring to Abraham what he has promised him.”

and said,“ Please, O Lord, remember how I have walked before you in faithfulness and with a whole heart, and have done what is good in your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.

So David reigned over all Israel. And David administered justice and equity to all his people.
