耽耽虎視。窮民遭殃。

like a lion in cover he lies in wait. He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net.

They hide and wait like a lion in the bushes. From their hiding places they wait to catch those who are helpless. They catch them and drag them off in their nets.

Like lions crouched in hiding, they wait to pounce on the helpless. Like hunters they capture the helpless and drag them away in nets.

他們像急於撕碎獵物的獅子，又像蹲伏在隱密處的幼獅。

看哪！他們埋伏要害我的性命；強盛的人聚集起來攻擊我；耶和華啊！這不是因我的過犯，也不是因我的罪惡。

虔敬的人從地上滅絕了，人間也沒有正直的人，人人都埋伏著要流人的血，各人都用網羅獵取自己的兄弟。

我全身的骨頭都要說：“耶和華啊！有誰像你呢？你搭救困苦的人，脫離那些比他強盛的；搭救困苦和窮乏的人，脫離那些搶奪他的。”

你用他的槍，刺透他戰士的頭。他們來如暴風，把我們驅散。他們的喜好，是暗中吞噬窮人。

那作雇工不是牧人的，羊也不是自己的，他一見狼來，就把羊撇下逃跑，狼就抓住羊群，把他們驅散了；

獅子的洞穴在哪裡？餵養幼獅的地方在哪裡？公獅、母獅和幼獅不受驚嚇之處，可以閒遊的地方又在哪裡呢？公獅為幼獅撕碎足夠的食物，為母獅掐死活物；把獵物塞滿了牠的洞，把撕碎的填滿了牠的穴。

欺壓窮人為要增加自己財富的，送禮給財主的，必致窮乏。

你們欺壓窮人，強徵他們的五穀；因此，你們用琢磨過的石頭建造房屋，卻不能住在其中；你們栽種美好的葡萄園，卻不能喝園中的酒。因為我知道你們的過犯眾多，罪大惡極；你們迫害義人，收受賄賂，在城門口屈枉窮乏人；

迦勒底人既用鈎把他們釣起來，用網拖走，用魚網收聚在一處，就歡喜快樂，

他拯救窮乏人脫離他們口中的刀劍，脫離強暴人的手；這樣，貧窮人有指望，不義的人卻閉口無言。

“耶和華這樣說：‘以色列三番四次犯罪，我必不收回懲罰他的命令；因為他為了銀子賣義人，為了一雙鞋賣窮人。他們踐踏窮人的頭，好像踐踏地面的塵土；他們把困苦人應有的權益奪去；兒子和父親與同一個女子親近，故意褻瀆我的聖名。

耶和華說：“因為困苦人的冤屈和貧窮人的歎息，我現在要起來，把他們安置在他們渴望的穩妥之中。”

他像熊埋伏著，又像獅子在藏匿的地方，等候攻擊我。

獅子如果不是捕獲獵物，怎會在林中吼叫？少壯獅子如果沒有捕獲甚麼，怎會在洞中咆哮呢？

驕傲的人暗中布下陷阱害我，他們在路旁張開繩索作網，設下圈套陷害我。（細拉）

至於惡棍，他的手段是邪惡的，他圖謀惡計，用虛假的言語毀滅困苦的人，即使在窮乏人講公理的時候，他也是這樣。

聽牧人們哀號的聲音，因為他們榮美的草場毀壞了；聽少壯獅子吼叫的聲音，因為約旦河邊的叢林毀壞了。

主萬軍之耶和華說：“你們為甚麼壓迫我的子民，搓磨貧窮人的臉呢？”

欺壓貧寒的，就是辱罵造他的主；恩待窮苦人的，就是尊敬造他的主。

牠養大其中一隻小獅子，這幼獅成了一隻少壯的獅子，學會了撕碎獵物，把人吃掉。列國聽見了，就把牠困在他們的坑中；他們用鈎子把牠帶到埃及地去。母獅見自己所等候的落空了，所希望的幻滅了，就從牠的小獅子中另取出一隻，使牠成為少壯的獅子。牠在獅子群中行走；牠已成了一隻少壯的獅子，牠學會了撕碎獵物，把人吃掉。

殘暴的統治者轄制貧民，就像吼叫的獅子，又像飢餓覓食的熊。

這地的人民常常欺壓人，慣行搶掠，虧待困苦窮乏的人，毫無公理地去欺壓寄居的人。

在我的子民中發現了惡人，他們好像捕鳥的人蹲伏窺探，裝置網羅捕捉人。

你不要聽他們，因為他們有四十多人正在埋伏起來等著保羅；他們發了誓，不殺保羅，就不吃不喝。現在他們已經準備好了，只等你答應。”

惡人已經拔出刀來，拉開了弓，要打倒困苦和貧窮的人，殺害行為正直的人。

因為他必站在貧窮人的右邊，拯救他脫離定他死罪的人。
