惡人橫行兮無度。窮人被逼兮無路。設詭計兮逞狂圖。欺孤寡兮陷無辜。

In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak, who are caught in the schemes he devises.

An evil person is proud and hunts down those who are weak. He catches weak people by making clever plans.

In arrogance the wicked hotly pursue the poor; let them be caught in the schemes that they have devised.

The wicked arrogantly hunt down the poor. Let them be caught in the evil they plan for others.

Ensure your servant’s well- being; do not let the arrogant oppress me. (niv)

The arrogant dig pits to trap me, contrary to your law. (niv)

Now I know that the Lord is greater than all other gods, for he did this to those who had treated Israel arrogantly.” (niv)

The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug; their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.The Lord is known by his acts of justice; the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands. (niv)
