The path of life leads upward for the wise, to keep him from going downward to Sheol.

A man who isolates himself pursues selfishness, and defies all sound judgment.A fool has no delight in understanding, but only in revealing his own opinion.

The heart of the discerning gets knowledge. The ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

Now the natural man doesn’t receive the things of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness to him, and he can’t know them, because they are spiritually discerned.But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is judged by no one.
