Listen, for I will speak of excellent things, And from the opening of my lips will come right things;

你们当听！因为我要讲高贵的事，要张嘴说公平的事；

你們聽啊，我要說美好的話，開口談論正直的事。

你們聽著，因為我要講論極美的事，我要開口說正直的事；

你們要聽，因為我要講對的事；我的嘴脣要說出正直的事。

你們當聽！因為我要講高貴的事，要張嘴說公平的事；

我言殊善、啟口皆正、爾其聽之、

我所言者、善也義也、尚其聽從。

我啟口所言、乃至善至正、爾其聽之、

Listen, for I have trustworthy things to say; I open my lips to speak what is right.

Listen! I have things to say that you can depend on. I open my lips to speak what is right.

Hear, for I will speak noble things, and from my lips will come what is right,

Listen to me! For I have important things to tell you. Everything I say is right,

Listen, for I speak of noble things, and what my lips say is right.

Listen, for I will speak noble things; And the opening of my lips will reveal right things.

Hear, for I will speak excellent things; And the opening of my lips shall be right things.

And so it was, when Jesus had ended these sayings, that the people were astonished at His teaching,for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;

“ But please, Job, hear my speech, And listen to all my words.Now, I open my mouth; My tongue speaks in my mouth.My words come from my upright heart; My lips utter pure knowledge.

Have I not written to you excellent things Of counsels and knowledge,That I may make you know the certainty of the words of truth, That you may answer words of truth To those who send to you?

My mouth shall speak wisdom, And the meditation of my heart shall give understanding.

Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying:“ Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes;The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.More to be desired are they than gold, Yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.Moreover by them Your servant is warned, And in keeping them there is great reward.

Yes, my inmost being will rejoice When your lips speak right things.

that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:“ I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.”

the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints.

However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory,

For I give you good doctrine: Do not forsake my law.
