Tune your ears to wisdom, and concentrate on understanding.Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding.Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures.

Oh, I wish you were my brother, who nursed at my mother’s breasts. Then I could kiss you no matter who was watching, and no one would criticize me.

Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her, and she will guard you.Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment.If you prize wisdom, she will make you great. Embrace her, and she will honor you.
