如果你给自己口里的话缠累，给你口里的话绑住；

因你口中的言语陷入圈套，因你口中的言语被捉住了——

你就被口中的話語纏住，被嘴裏的言語捉住。

你就被口中的言語套住，被嘴裏的言語抓住。

你就被口中的言語套住，被嘴裏的言語抓住。

你若被自己口中的話套住，被自己的諾言纏住，

如果你給自己口裡的話纏累，給你口裡的話綁住；

給你自己嘴裏說的話絆着，被你口中的諾言捉住，

因你口中的言語陷入圈套，因你口中的言語被捉住了——

則為爾口所陷、爾言所執、

則爾口之言累爾、爾口之言執爾、

if you have been ensnared by the words you have uttered, and have been caught by the words you have spoken,

The wicked is ensnared by the transgression of his lips, But the righteous will come through trouble.
