中心乖戾、恆謀邪惡、播厥爭端、

中心頑嚚、恆謀不軌、使人爭競、

中心乖戾、恆謀不法、播散爭端、

who plots evil with deceit in his heart— he always stirs up conflict.

His plans are evil, and he has lies in his heart. He is always stirring up fights.

Their perverted hearts plot evil, and they constantly stir up trouble.

Like one who takes a dog by the ears, So is one who passes by and meddles with strife not belonging to him.Like a maniac who shoots Flaming arrows, arrows, and death,So is a person who deceives his neighbor, And says,“ Was I not joking?”For lack of wood the fire goes out, And where there is no gossiper, quarreling quiets down.Like charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire, So is a contentious person to kindle strife.The words of a gossiper are like dainty morsels, And they go down into the innermost parts of the body.

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.

For they sow wind And they harvest a storm. The standing grain has no kernels; It yields no grain. If it were to yield, strangers would swallow it.

A perverse person spreads strife, And a slanderer separates close friends.A person of violence entices his neighbor And leads him in a way that is not good.He who winks his eyes does so to devise perverse things; He who compresses his lips brings evil to pass.

But the wicked are like the tossing sea, For it cannot be quiet, And its waters toss up refuse and mud.

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap.For the one who sows to his own flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.

One who sows injustice will reap disaster, And the rod of his fury will perish.

Then He said to me,“ Son of man, these are the men who devise wrongdoing and give evil advice in this city,

As for a rogue, his weapons are evil; He devises wicked schemes To destroy the poor with slander, Even though the needy one speaks what is right.

Who delight in doing evil And rejoice in the perversity of evil;

The way of a guilty person is crooked, But as for the pure, his conduct is upright.
