who plots evil with deceit in his heart— he always stirs up conflict.

His plans are evil, and he has lies in his heart. He is always stirring up fights.

Their perverted hearts plot evil, and they constantly stir up trouble.

A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends.A man of violence entices his neighbor and leads him in a way that is not good.Whoever winks his eyes plans dishonest things; he who purses his lips brings evil to pass.

But the wicked are like the tossing sea; for it cannot be quiet, and its waters toss up mire and dirt.

The way of the guilty is crooked, but the conduct of the pure is upright.
