“ The eye that mocks a father, that scorns an aged mother, will be pecked out by the ravens of the valley, will be eaten by the vultures.

有一种人（“有一种人”直译是“有一世代”）咒诅父亲，又不给母亲祝福。

约押说：“我不能与你这样耽误时间。”于是约押手里拿起三根短矛，趁押沙龙还悬挂在橡树上活着的时候，就刺透了他的心。给约押拿武器的十个年轻人围着押沙龙，攻击他，把他杀死。约押吹响号角，众人就回来，不再追赶以色列人；因为约押拦阻众人继续追赶。他们把押沙龙的尸体抬起来，丢在树林中的一个大坑里，又在上面堆起一大堆石头。以色列众人都逃跑，各回自己的家去了。

爱雅的女儿利斯巴拿了一块麻布，为自己铺在磐石上。从开始收割的时候，直到雨水从天上倾倒在他们的尸身上的时候，白天她不让空中的飞鸟落在尸身上，夜间不让田间的走兽来糟践他们。

“咒骂自己父母的，必要把他处死；他咒骂自己的父母，必须承担流血的罪责。

那非利士人又对大卫说：“你到我这里来吧！我要把你的肉给空中的飞鸟和田野的走兽吃。”

他喝酒，喝醉了，就在帐棚里光着身子。迦南的父亲含看见了自己父亲的下体，就去告诉在外面的两个兄弟。于是，闪和雅弗二人拿了件外衣，搭在自己的肩膀上，倒退着进去，盖上他们父亲的下体；因为他们背着脸，所以没有看见他们父亲的下体。挪亚酒醒以后，知道小儿子对他所作的事，就说：“迦南应当受咒诅，他必给自己的兄弟，作奴仆的奴仆。”又说：“耶和华，闪的神，是应当称颂的；愿迦南作他的奴仆。愿神使雅弗扩展，使雅弗住在闪的帐棚里；愿迦南作他的奴仆。”

你的尸体必成为空中的飞鸟和地上的走兽的食物；必没有人来把它们吓走。

咒骂父母的，他的灯必在漆黑的幽暗中熄灭。

押沙龙偶然遇上了大卫的臣仆。那时押沙龙骑着骡子，骡子从一棵大橡树茂密的树枝下经过，押沙龙的头发被橡树枝紧紧勾住，他就吊在空中，他所骑的骡子却跑开了。有一个人看见了，就告诉约押说：“看哪！我看见押沙龙悬在一棵橡树上。”
