He should show his works by good conduct with wisdom’s gentleness.But if you have bitter envy and selfish ambition in your heart, don’t brag and deny the truth.Such wisdom does not come from above but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic.For where envy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every kind of evil.But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peace-loving, gentle, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, without favoritism and hypocrisy.And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who cultivate peace.

Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him.

For the mind-set of the flesh is hostile to God because it does not submit itself to God’s law, for it is unable to do so.

For from within, out of people’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immoralities, thefts, murders,adulteries, greed, evil actions, deceit, promiscuity, stinginess, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.All these evil things come from within and defile a person.”

and you know that from childhood you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
