The heavens are high and the earth is deep. In the same way, the minds of kings are impossible to figure out.

As the heavens for height, and the earth for depth, so the heart of kings is unsearchable.

No one can comprehend the height of heaven, the depth of the earth, or all that goes on in the king’s mind!

God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore.
