Surely you need guidance to wage war, and victory is won through many advisers.

If you go to war, you surely need guidance. If you want to win, you need many good advisers.

for by wise guidance you can wage your war, and in abundance of counselors there is victory.

So don’t go to war without wise guidance; victory depends on having many advisers.

for you should wage war with sound guidance— victory comes with many counselors.

For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, And in a multitude of counselors there is safety.

Or what king, when he sets out to meet another king in battle, will not first sit down and consider whether he is strong enough with ten thousand men to face the one coming against him with twenty thousand?

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith;

Everyone who competes in the games exercises self control in all things. So they do it to obtain a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.Therefore I run in such a way as not to run aimlessly; I box in such a way, as to avoid hitting air;but I strictly discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.

Without consultation, plans are frustrated, But with many counselors they succeed.

But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and for which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
