Do not say,“ I’ll do to them as they have done to me; I’ll pay them back for what they did.”

Don’t say,“ I’ll do to them what they have done to me. I’ll get even with them for what they did.”

Do not say,“ I will do to him as he has done to me; I will pay the man back for what he has done.”

And don’t say,“ Now I can pay them back for what they’ve done to me! I’ll get even with them!”

Don’t say,“ I’ll do to him what he did to me; I’ll repay the man for what he has done.”

Do not say,“ I shall do the same to him as he has done to me; I will repay the person according to his work.”

Do not say,“ I will do to him just as he has done to me; I will render to the man according to his work.”

Don’t say,“ I’ll do to him what he did to me; I’ll repay the man for what he has done.”

Say not, I will do so to him as he hath done to me: I will render to the man according to his work.

Do not say,“ I will do to him just as he has done to me; I will pay him back according to what he has done.”

Don’t say,“ I will do to him as he has done to me; I will repay the man according to his work.”

Say not thou, I will recompense evil: Wait for Jehovah, and he will save thee.

See that none render unto any one evil for evil; but always follow after that which is good, one toward another, and toward all.

Render to no man evil for evil. Take thought for things honorable in the sight of all men.If it be possible, as much as in you lieth, be at peace with all men.Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto the wrath of God: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord.But if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him to drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head.Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
