其災速至、無威國憲、不可逭也。

因其災忽至、主與王降罰、孰能先知、○

for those two will send sudden destruction on them, and who knows what calamities they can bring?

The Lord and the king will suddenly destroy them. Who knows what trouble those two can bring?

The terror of a king is like the roaring of a lion. He who provokes him to anger forfeits his own life.

The earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly.All Israel that were around them fled at their cry; for they said,“ Lest the earth swallow us up!”Fire came out from Yahweh, and devoured the two hundred fifty men who offered the incense.

The king’s wrath is a messenger of death, but a wise man will pacify it.
