for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.

Even if godly people fall down seven times, they always get up. But those who are evil trip and fall when trouble comes.

The wicked will be thrown down in his trouble, but the righteous have refuge even in the threat of death.

Blessed is the one who is always cautious, but whoever hardens his heart will fall into evil.Like a roaring lion or a roving bear, so is a wicked ruler over a poor people.The prince who is a great oppressor lacks wisdom, but the one who hates unjust gain will prolong his days.The one who is tormented by the murder of another will flee to the pit; let no one support him.The one who walks blamelessly will be delivered, but whoever is perverse in his ways will fall at once.

An unreliable messenger falls into trouble, but a faithful envoy brings healing.
