For a righteous person falls seven times and rises again, But the wicked stumble in time of disaster.

for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.

Even if godly people fall down seven times, they always get up. But those who are evil trip and fall when trouble comes.

The afflictions of the righteous are many, But the Lord rescues him from them all.

In six troubles He will save you; Even in seven, evil will not touch you.

While they are saying,“ Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction will come upon them like labor pains upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

The wicked is thrust down by his own wrongdoing, But the righteous has a refuge when he dies.

How blessed is the person who fears always, But one who hardens his heart will fall into disaster.Like a roaring lion and a rushing bear Is a wicked ruler over a poor people.A leader who is a great oppressor lacks understanding, But a person who hates unjust gain will prolong his days.A person who is burdened with the guilt of human blood Will be a fugitive until death; no one is to support him!One who walks blamelessly will receive help, But one who is crooked will fall all at once.

A wicked messenger falls into adversity, But a faithful messenger brings healing.

She has fallen, she will not rise again— The virgin Israel. She lies unnoticed on her land; There is no one to raise her up.

David also said,“ As the Lord lives, the Lord certainly will strike him, or his day will come that he dies, or he will go down in battle and perish.

As for those who swear by the guilt of Samaria, And say,‘ As your god lives, Dan,’ And,‘ As the way of Beersheba lives,’ They will fall and not rise again.”

So they hanged Haman on the wooden gallows which he had prepared for Mordecai, and the king’s anger subsided.

And immediately an angel of the Lord struck him because he did not give God the glory, and he was eaten by worms and died.

His harm will return on his own head, And his violence will descend on the top of his own head.

Then Saul said to his armor bearer,“ Draw your sword and pierce me through with it, otherwise these uncircumcised Philistines will come and pierce me through, and abuse me.” But his armor bearer was unwilling, because he was very fearful. So Saul took his sword and fell on it.
