The human spirit is the lamp of the Lord that sheds light on one’s inmost being.

The spirit of a person is the lamp of the Lord. It lights up what is deep down inside them.

They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts. Their consciences confirm this. Their competing thoughts either accuse or even excuse them

Then the LORD God formed the man out of the dust from the ground and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils, and the man became a living being.

This is how we will know that we belong to the truth and will reassure our hearts before himwhenever our hearts condemn us; for God is greater than our hearts, and he knows all things.Dear friends, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have confidence before God
