Take the garment of one who puts up security for a stranger; hold it in pledge if it is done for an outsider.

Take the coat of one who puts up money for what a stranger owes. Hold it until you get paid back if it is done for an outsider.

看哪，有一个女子来迎接他，是妓女的打扮，有诡诈的心思。

因为陌生女子的嘴唇滴下蜂蜜，她的口比油更滑，

智慧要救你远离陌生女子，远离那油嘴滑舌的外邦女子。

为陌生人担保的，必受亏损；恨恶击掌的，却得安稳。

她就保护你远离陌生女子，远离油嘴滑舌的外邦女子。

妓女是深坑，外邦女子是窄井。

你果真拿了邻舍的外衣作抵押，也要在日落前还给他；因为他只有这一件用来作被子，是他蔽体的衣服。他还可以拿什么睡觉呢？当他哀求我，我就应允，因为我是有恩惠的。
