Who forsake the paths of uprightness, To walk in the ways of darkness;

那等人舍弃正直的路，行走黑暗的道，

那些人离弃正直的路途，走在黑暗的道路上；

那等人捨棄正直的路，行走黑暗的道，

他們捨棄正道，走上黑路，

那些人離棄正道，走上黑暗的道路。

那種人捨棄正直的路徑，去行黑暗的路；

那些人離棄正直的路途，走在黑暗的道路上；

若輩離乎正路、行於暗途、

彼離正道、行於幽暗、

彼離正直之道、欲行幽暗之路、

who have left the straight paths to walk in dark ways,

Men like that have left the straight paths to walk in dark ways.

who forsake the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness,

These men turn from the right way to walk down dark paths.

from those who abandon the right paths to walk in ways of darkness,

From those who leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness;

From those who leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness;

from those who abandon the right paths to walk in ways of darkness,

Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;

who leave the upright paths to walk on the dark ways,

who forsake the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness,

And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil.For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved.

The way of the wicked is as darkness: They know not at what they stumble.

The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding Shall rest in the assembly of the dead.

For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein and overcome, the last state is become worse with them than the first.For it were better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after knowing it, to turn back from the holy commandment delivered unto them.It has happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog turning to his own vomit again, and the sow that had washed to wallowing in the mire.

These are of them that rebel against the light; They know not the ways thereof, Nor abide in the paths thereof.The murderer riseth with the light; He killeth the poor and needy; And in the night he is as a thief.The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, Saying, No eye shall see me: And he disguiseth his face.In the dark they dig through houses: They shut themselves up in the day- time; They know not the light.

There came a man, sent from God, whose name was John.

because that, knowing God, they glorified him not as God, neither gave thanks; but became vain in their reasonings, and their senseless heart was darkened.

For as touching those who were once enlightened and tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit,and tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the age to come,and then fell away, it is impossible to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

But the unclean spirit, when he is gone out of the man, passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, and findeth it not.Then he saith, I will return into my house whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becometh worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this evil generation.

And when the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and knew not whence it was( but the servants that had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast calleth the bridegroom,and saith unto him, Every man setteth on first the good wine; and when men have drunk freely, then that which is worse: thou hast kept the good wine until now.This beginning of his signs did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

They are all gone aside; they are together become filthy; There is none that doeth good, no, not one.

They know not, neither do they understand; They walk to and fro in darkness: All the foundations of the earth are shaken.

And thou, son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression; and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall he that is righteous be able to live thereby in the day that he sinneth.When I say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his righteousness, and commit iniquity, none of his righteous deeds shall be remembered; but in his iniquity that he hath committed, therein shall he die.

The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: He hath ceased to be wise and to do good.

When the righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth therein; in his iniquity that he hath done shall he die.

Jesus therefore said unto them, Yet a little while is the light among you. Walk while ye have the light, that darkness overtake you not: and he that walketh in the darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

and them that are turned back from following Jehovah; and those that have not sought Jehovah, nor inquired after him.

for ye are all sons of light, and sons of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness;so then let us not sleep, as do the rest, but let us watch and be sober.For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that are drunken are drunken in the night.

for Demas forsook me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
