He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both[ are] abomination to the LORD.

Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent— the Lord detests them both.

The Lord hates two things. He hates it when the guilty are set free. He also hates it when those who aren’t guilty are punished.

He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the Lord.

Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent— both are detestable to the Lord.

Acquitting the guilty and condemning the just— both are detestable to the LORD.

One who justifies the wicked and one who condemns the righteous, Both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord.

He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, Both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord.

He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the righteous, Both of them alike are an abomination to Jehovah.

Acquitting the guilty and condemning the just— both are detestable to the Lord.

The one who acquits the guilty and the one who condemns the innocent– both of them are an abomination to the LORD.

He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to Yahweh.

Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

[ It is] not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.

These[ things] also[ belong] to the wise.[ It is] not good to have respect of persons in judgment.He that saith unto the wicked, Thou[ art] righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him:

Ye have condemned[ and] killed the just;[ and] he doth not resist you.

And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him,[ even] against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.

For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate[ from their right].

These six[ things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven[ are] an abomination unto him:

Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth,

For my thoughts[ are] not your thoughts, neither[ are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.For[ as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Shall horses run upon the rock? will[ one] plow[ there] with oxen? for ye have turned judgment into gall, and the fruit of righteousness into hemlock:

The sacrifice of the wicked[ is] an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright[ is] his delight.

And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this[ man], and release unto us Barabbas:( Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.)Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spake again to them.But they cried, saying, Crucify[ him], crucify him.And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let[ him] go.And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.

Her princes in the midst thereof[ are] like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood,[ and] to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain.And her prophets have daubed them with untempered[ morter], seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken.The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.

A false balance[ is] abomination to the LORD: but a just weight[ is] his delight.
