主以臂施厥大力、心志驕傲者皆散之、有權者黜其位、卑下者升之高、饑者飽以珍饈、富者使之空乏而返、

我遣之攻邪惡之國、命之罰我所怒之民、擄掠攘奪、蹂躪人民、若街衢之泥然、

是故我使彼與位大者同得其分、與世之強者共分貲財、緣彼甘心捐命、人列之於罪人中、實則負他人之罪、更為惡人祈禱、

主使斯民昌盛、使之大樂、彼於主前欣喜、如秋穫之欣喜、如分掠物之歡樂、

主雖至高、仍垂顧卑微之人、又從遠處鑒察驕傲之人、

稅吏遠立、不敢舉目仰天、搥胸曰、天主、矜憐我罪人、我告爾、得稱義而歸者、此也、非彼也、蓋凡自高者必降為卑、自卑者將升為高、○
