Do not be mismatched with unbelievers; for what do righteousness and lawlessness share together, or what does light have in common with darkness?Or what harmony does Christ have with Belial, or what does a believer share with an unbeliever?Or what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said,“ I will dwell among them and walk among them; And I will be their God, and they shall be My people.Therefore, come out from their midst and be separate,” says the Lord.“ And do not touch what is unclean; And I will welcome you.And I will be a father to you, And you shall be sons and daughters to Me,” Says the Lord Almighty.

I heard another voice from heaven, saying,“ Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive any of her plagues;

I am a companion to all those who fear You, And to those who keep Your precepts.

If they say,“ Come with us, Let’s lie in wait for blood, Let’s ambush the innocent without cause;Let’s swallow them alive like Sheol, Even whole, like those who go down to the pit;We will find all kinds of precious wealth, We will fill our houses with plunder;Throw in your lot with us; We will all have one money bag,”My son, do not walk on the way with them. Keep your feet from their path,For their feet run to evil, And they are quick to shed blood.Indeed, it is useless to spread the baited net In the sight of any bird;But they lie in wait for their own blood; They ambush their own lives.Such are the ways of everyone who makes unjust gain; It takes away the life of its possessors.

and let’s consider how to encourage one another in love and good deeds,

Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord listened attentively and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and esteem His name.

And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him and said to King Jehoshaphat,“ Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord, and by doing so bring wrath on yourself from the Lord?

Tell me, you whom my soul loves, Where do you pasture your flock, Where do you have it lie down at noon? For why should I be like one who veils herself Beside the flocks of your companions?”“ If you yourself do not know, Most beautiful among women, Go out on the trail of the flock, And pasture your young goats By the tents of the shepherds.

So when the commanders of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, they said,“ Surely he is the king of Israel!” And they turned aside to fight against him, and Jehoshaphat cried out.
