And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come forth, my people, out of her, that ye have no fellowship with her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues:

I am a companion of all them that fear thee, And of them that observe thy precepts.

If they say, Come with us, Let us lay wait for blood; Let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause;Let us swallow them up alive as Sheol, And whole, as those that go down into the pit;We shall find all precious substance; We shall fill our houses with spoil;Thou shalt cast thy lot among us; We will all have one purse:My son, walk not thou in the way with them; Refrain thy foot from their path:For their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed blood.For in vain is the net spread In the sight of any bird:And these lay wait for their own blood; They lurk privily for their own lives.So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; It taketh away the life of the owners thereof.

and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and good works;

To deliver thee from the way of evil, From the men that speak perverse things;Who forsake the paths of uprightness, To walk in the ways of darkness;Who rejoice to do evil, And delight in the perverseness of evil;Who are crooked in their ways, And wayward in their paths:To deliver thee from the strange woman, Even from the foreigner that flattereth with her words;That forsaketh the friend of her youth, And forgetteth the covenant of her God:For her house inclineth unto death, And her paths unto the dead;None that go unto her return again, Neither do they attain unto the paths of life:That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, And keep the paths of the righteous.

Abram dwelt in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelt in the cities of the Plain, and moved his tent as far as Sodom.Now the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners against Jehovah exceedingly.

And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the wicked, and love them that hate Jehovah? for this thing wrath is upon thee from before Jehovah.

Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, Where thou feedest thy flock, Where thou makest it to rest at noon: For why should I be as one that is veiled Beside the flocks of thy companions?If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, Go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, And feed thy kids beside the shepherds’ tents.

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, Surely it is the king of Israel; and they turned aside to fight against him: and Jehoshaphat cried out.
